Sylvan Knolls Boones Borough POA (SKBBPOA) is composed of a small group of 223 homes and lot owners located on the east side of Hwy. 97. We would like to encourage you to get involved with the association and to meet your neighbors.
The goal of the SKBBPOA is to manage the affairs of the association and enhance livability, property values and sense of community. The SKBBPOA board meets monthly and we will post the date and time on the home page calendar. We also have an annual meeting in the summer for open discussion and voting of bylaws if necessary. Members are encouraged to attend meetings to learn more about our association and its business. You are welcome to ask questions and provide input to help make our association better. Plan Review- The SKBBPOA PR was established to enhance consistency and assure compliance and equity in the implementation of policies and plans as stated in the bylaws.
